Discovering Childbirth: Ala CartePrenatal Wellness
An increasing number of studies show that one's health begins before they are even born. During this one-session class, we will explore the various factors that influence your health and well as that of your unborn child. We will look at important nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle choices you can make to help you have the healthiest, safest pregnancy possible. We will spend time evaluating current choices and brainstorm ways to make improvements where needed. Finally, we will discuss the importance of stress reduction during pregnancy and practice exercises that can help prepare your body for birth. The Prenatal Wellness Class is designed for women who are less than 20 weeks pregnant or who are planning to conceive (although open and still beneficial to expectant mothers further along). |
